We’re a bootstrapped and profitable company, founded in Madrid, Spain. Today we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join us in the best moment to create a big impact in our business growth.

MarketGoo helps Small Businesses grow online by providing powerful, yet simple and easy to use SEO tools to increase traffic and search rankings. We partner with Telcos, hosting companies and agencies worldwide, offering a turnkey white label solution. We have thousands of users and dozens of partners all over the world with English spoken markets as our main target. Our main markets are US and North Europe.
Our Culture is above our project. We believe in transparency, personal growth, high impact and profitability. We are not a startup per se, neither a big corporate. You will find a very open and small team, but we expect you to be autonomous.
• Our ideal candidate
o You have initiative, are resourceful (but not afraid to make big bets) with high willpower, fearless execution and international business development skills.
o You are involved in SaaS Industry and understand the business challenges and demands that SMB companies have in the digital space.
o You have a provable work experience (ideally a successful track record of selling to Telco, Agencies and Hosting Providers), this is not a first-time job opportunity. You may had worked in a vendor that provided solutions to this type of companies.
o You have strong skills in developing new relationships with large customers and the ability to recommend and position technical solutions to solve customer business challenges. You are able to nurture relationships with C- level executives.
o You are used to account planning with an extended team, calling at all levels within the customer's organization, and managing partner relationships.
o You speak and write a very good English.
o Positioning MarketGoo solutions to our key customers (mainly Telecommunications, IT and WebHosting Services Providers).
o Driving and increasing revenue and penetrating a specific key accounts set by developing solid relationships with targeted customers and maintaining a constant level of service excellence in customer relationship management.
o Professional networking to build relationships with executive and decision- making managers at targeted clients.
o Working with inside sales and marketing teams in coordinating various sales and business development activities.
o Being responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling balanced sales growth, continued account penetration and account management to achieve customer satisfaction on a long-term multi quarter basis.
